Review of Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa

Spring house cafe is not very expensive. We spoke with the chef upon arrival. Way more options than the menu shows and they totally get it! Special French fries fryer, gluten free bread and rolls. Great lunch by the pool at spring house cafe :) my son got a Texas grilled cheese and fries. Came back for breakfast and they made my son anything he wanted from the buffet in the back to ensure no cross contamination. The market place even has bagged gluten free cookies. I highly recommend this hotel!
