Wonderful experience with numerous options. Items we enjoyed: cheese dip with chips, banana muffin, burger with gf bun and chips, buffet with great options (steak, chicken, salmon, mashed potatoes, salad, fruit, and a yummy dessert). Everyone we came in contact with knew what gluten free was and knew how to help us.

I started coming to this resort 10 years ago when I was first diagnosed with celiac. My dining experience was so good that I’ve continued to come often with family and friends. Kids and adults love it and always have a great time. Just when I think it’s as good as it can possibly be, they find a way to improve my dining experience—the food service experience just keeps getting better and better in the way they take care of gluten issues. They even have a designated fryer in Shellar’s. When I tasted the Gluten Free (Celiac safe) burger and fries I almost cried it was such a rare treat. I’ll definitely choose Hyatt Lost Pines in the future bringing friends and family whenever possible
They have gluten free options but the staff is not knowledgeable and we were served wheat buns even though we specifically called out gluten allergy.

The pool side area has gluten free buns available for burgers and sandwiches. I didn't ask about the French fries. The coffee shop in the hotel had delicious gluten free muffins.
