I think the other review is dated. They make no accommodation for gluten free. There’s a bakery in the lobby that doesn’t have a single gf item. The room service menu had very little too.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much/None
Can’t say enough good things about my experience staying at the Hyatt. Their breakfast buffet has GF bread and croissants that are prepackaged (making it safe not to mention easy to throw in a bag for on the go) and they were able to make my eggs in a separate clean pan to avoid CC. Their lunch menu is also clearly marked GF. I got the chicken tacos and short rib tacos and both were amazing. Staff was super friendly and didn’t seem bothered when I asked 900 questions about food prep (fellow celiacs will understand). I asked about the French fries and the waiter said they weren’t sure about oil, so I passed. Either way, I felt comfortable at every meal which for me, is priceless!
