At the resort right now and while some aspects are lovely I would not recommend for anyone with celiac or strong gluten sensitivity or other food allergies. Food labelling in most of the restaurants is ok but the buffet is simply not safe. Food is not properly labeled and it’s too crowded to be able to ask someone appropriate questions. The food is also just ok. I don’t have great expectations at an AI but even so, I’ve definitely had better.

They did ok with gluten allergy, but not coconut allergy. The problem was more that the food was just not good most places. Even if we found something that wasn't bland or overcooked, if we would get it again, it wasn't consistently good.

DOES NOT HAVE GLUTEN FREE AREA IN BUFFET ANYMORE. We booked because of an earlier review, they don't have all the pancakes and stuff anymore. They just have a muffin (it's actually really good) and a dinner roll that is all by itself in a cake plate under glass. They are generally good at the restaurants when you tell them, they can cook food with gluten free soy sauce. The items are not marked for gluten free, that's frustrating to ask every time. But the gluten free table with lots of options like is stated previously? No.

Please be aware, this is an all inclusive resort so if you aren’t staying here or interested in paying $65 American per person for an 8 hour day pass you will not be able to eat here.

The staff were knowledgeable about gluten-free. They baked gluten-free bread, muffins and coffee cakes that were available all day with dedicated toaster. At breakfast they had GF pancakes and crepes with dedicated electrical griddle. I tried everything and didn’t have any reactions. I have celiac and I’m very sensitive. This resort has several restaurants and I ate at all of them - no reactions 😀

The main buffet had a separate gluten free area which had rotating muffins, bread, and pound cake. There was a dedicated toaster as well.My wife was not glutenized once regardless of where she ate.
