There are a number of things they can make gluten free, just ask your server and they are knowledgeable. The en papillotte is SOOO delicious with the buttery deliciousness the fish cooks in, plus being wrapped in parchment paper makes me feel safer about cross contamination risk. Been twice and both times went great.
