I Heart Mac and Cheese

Upon ordering a gluten free item, the person taking the order notifies others that a gluten free item is being processed on the line. All members change gloves. The pasta and bread is stored separately and put away. It is retrieved upon request.

The bread did not fall apart as easily as most and was quite large compared to any other loaves I’ve seen. The noodle are not elbow noodles but it is nice they have any at all.

It just opened so the place is PACKED and the employees are doing their best to get into a groove while dealing with the heavy traffic.

This is the best gf mac and cheese I’ve ever gotten. I got the Buffalo chicken mac and cheese with grilled chicken and added pickles and jalapeños. It was so good I was nervous I got regular noodles. I had no reaction and it was super fast.

If you are sensitive at all to cross contamination, I would personally not recommend this to you. It’s a buffet style set up and when we asked they could not tell us which toppings were GF.

It looks delicious and if you aren’t GF it’s probably a great spot though.

Owners are soooo nice! They cooked the Mac and cheese in a separate area, and told us they took precautions for gluten free. They were a really friendly family and the food, both gluten and gluten free, was great!

I got glutened here! i asked them to change their gloves and they were happy to do so but while i wasn’t looking i believe they mixed my bowl with the same spatula used on other ones and i’m not sure if they have a separate one available or not. if you are more on top of it than me you’ll probably be fine and it was good food but not at all worth the amount of pain i am currently in. i wouldn’t go again because the chance of this happening again is very present.

So in theory this place is great as they have separately portioned gluten free pasta. Unfortunately when I went in the two workers who were there must not have understood what celiac disease/gluten “allergy” was because one of them stirred my Mac n cheese with a spatula and then set it down on a cutting board covered in bread crumbs and then stirred it again… and then asked me if I wanted bread crumbs on top💀.
