The staff person we dealt with was excellent as she took great precautions, was very knowledgeable about gluten free and looked up what she didn’t know. Of course this may vary by who is working, but we were impressed. All three of us are GF, and our teen is a picky eater, and she loved her meal. There are options for GF sandwiches, GF pasta, and veggie-based dishes.

The staff was so accommodating and knowledgeable about cross-contamination. As soon as a ordered the gluten-free bread, she washed her hands and changed her gloves. She offered to let me substitute the sides that were not gluten free for chips and a dessert that were.
