NOT A DEDICATED GLUTEN FREE RESTAURANT.
Another reviewer posted that this is a dedicated gluten free restaurant. Easy mistake to make since their menu states that the entire menu is 100% gluten-free. My Coeliac partner ordered an arepa, confirmed with the cashier that the meal was gluten free and safe for Coeliacs, and I paid for the meal. Later, the chef came out and let us know her selected arepa was not gluten free. She selected another arepa and double checked the preparation could be done safely.
Only been an hour but no gluten reactions so far. Long story short, the menu is wrong when it says all dishes are 100% gluten free. You should avoid any of the fried dishes, since the cauliflower was coated in flour before going in the shared deep fryer.
No refund was offered but the staff was friendly and did agree to speak with management about fixing the menu.

Great south American food. They do these corn wraps that are amazing. Lots of fresh happy flavours. Everything out of the kitchen is gluten free. There are a couple of gluten items in the display fridge but the food they make in the kitchen is all gf.
