I was super happy when the waitress told me the fries were cooked in a dedicated fryer. I had salmon, fries and a salad. The food sooooo good and they had a truffle sauce that is gluten free as well to dip the fries in. Nice place to stay if you want to be close to the airport. I didn’t not get sick at all!! I’m a very sensitive celiac.
