The restaurant manager went through the entire menu with us to point out what was available gluten free. We suggested she get a dedicated gluten free menu printed. I have a garlic allergy too and both our server and the manager were very attentive to ensure not gluten or garlic was on my plate. I had the Bronzino filets with fresh green beans and a kale salad. My husband who has celiac started with little neck clams and had gluten free penne with veal saltimbocca for dinner. Delicious!! No issues or reactions.
