The food was very good. After I requested gf they offered me soup or salad instead of fries. I am celiac but not sensitive so I can’t comment on cross contamination.

They have done very little to make their dishes gluten free. They have GF buns and pizza crust. However, the servers don’t pay attention to other ingredients that have gluten. When my wife ordered the Cordon Bleu pizza with GF crust, all was fine… until the waiter had it in his hands and said “the sauce has gluten in it, just so you know.”
The taste? The burger ended up being good for a rushed burger. The rest was average, even for my personal gluten-containing options (in case you have others in your group without restrictions).

The staff pretty much told me if I have an actual allergy nothing is safe. Then I asked the chef and he said the pizza is safe. So I got it and few hours later my face was splotchy and I was so sick.

The staff was very knowledgeable when we stated that my husband was Celiac. They explained how the pizza was made on a separate platter from beginning to end to avoid cross contamination. They change gloves before working on your food. Substitution of fries was a generous salad though a $2.00 charge. The burger bun was delicious. It tasted as though freshly baked. We will come back.

Gf pizza was so good. Got the chili and a raspberry cider as well. Super nice and accommodating.
Gluten free pizza, a few other options. standard pub fare, but good and salad is fresh

Menu is clearly marked as to what is gf. Had the kale salad and the steelhead trout, both were delicious.
Great GF pizza and super friendly people.
Quick service on a Saturday evening. I appreciated the GF notations on their main menu (no separate menu for us.) I had the kale salad with grilled chicken and a flight of tasting vinegars. Salad dressing was under-seasoned but the other flavors of the salad helped it out (walnuts, sunflower seeds, edamame, huckleberry raisins, carrots, and of course lots of dark leafy greens.) The salad could've used some goat cheese or at least another salt or acid element. The deviled egg appetizer is GF and was really tasty.

Yummy food! Gluten free menu is limited. They don't have dedicated GF deep fryer. The cobbler is also not GF. Otherwise yummy.

Mt. Hood Brewing Co is the name now, they dropped the Ice Axe Grill name a couple years ago. But they have continued the grill and restaurant as well as the brewing company. They have several gluten-free options on the menu, including a delicious grilled salmon dinner. They also have gluten-free buns for sandwiches and gluten-free pizza crust. They prepared a tasty gluten-free crust-less blackberry cobbler with gluten-free vanilla ice cream.
