Ice Cream Sandwich

They are very nice and accommodating. But despite their efforts, I'm afraid I got mild gluten poisoning. I'm very sensitive, so it was likely cross contamination.

When I told them I had a gluten allergy, they gave me a packet showing all the flavors and all their allergens. They have GF cones and changed gloves and used a new spoon and bin for my ice cream. Super knowledgeable and understanding and great ice cream!

There is a gluten free cone, but you can only get sorbet. All ice cream is processed on shared equipment. Couldn’t even get vanilla with a topping.😩

Asked them to open a new container and they told me they have a whole procedure they use for allergies. They also have GF cones! Didn’t feel sick at all afterwards. Their raspberry sorbet is delicious.

They have gluten free brownie bits and gluten free cones, with many of their ice creams GF as well
