Ate here tonight after leaving the Espy due to their terrible overpriced menu. Beautiful food, all marked either GF (as in prepared GF but cooked in a drier with non GF food) and C for OK for Coeliacs. I have never seen this before. Staff very knowledgeable about the menu and the risks. Very accommodating too. 5 stars from me!!

Look, the food here is really great. The only weird thing is that they actually mark “gluten free” and “coeliac” items on the menu separately. Which is kind of weird. The “gluten free” items are not suitable for a coeliac. I don’t get it. But anyway, at least it is SAFE. About 30% of the menu is ok for coeliacs. Fantastic quality food.
If you’re happy to just eat the “coeliac”items if you’re a coeliac, it’s great!
Giving one star off full marks because of the weird “gf/coeliac” thing, I guess “gluten free” on their menu is actually ‘low gluten’ dunno. Would have liked to have had some of the gluten free items, but I can’t coz it’s apparently not ‘free of gluten’. Just sort ya stuff out Ichi Ni. But like I said. Quality is 110% for what we ate!!

Great food, accomodating, asking if celiac or not to discuss use of same fryer etc. There was some inconsistency in staff advice, the guy that seated us said all the soy sauce on the tables was GF then the server later brought me my own sauce saying they are not all GF. Just be wary of that, otherwise was good!
Yes
They do a gf bento box which was quite delicious!
Excellent Japanese food and a wide selection of GF. Have felt confident with how food is prepared for coeliacs.
