The server was extremely knowledgeable about gluten. I got all-you-can-eat sushi. They made a few substitutions to the rolls to make sure they were gluten free. Also, offered gluten free soy sauce!

Love!! Not only is the sushi top notch but the servers are great with making sure no “crunchies” or gluten containing fake fish/crab poison your meal. Wonderful experience all around, I’m only in town for a week but we ate here four times.

The staff knew how to handle GF and they can customize all the sushi to be GF. The sushi was amazing too!

I ordered the Royal Roll which did not list tempura in the description. I told the waitress numerous times that I needed gluten free. The roll came out with crabmeat covered in tempura. I, of course, did not realize it until I had already had a bite. Very little knowledge about gluten free. I do NOT recommend and will not ever return to this restaurant.

I got here on a very regular basis and have never been glutened. The owner is very accommodating. They have tamarind /gf soy sauce. :) I am specific when I order , that's it! note: the fake crab is not safe so just make sure to mention to omit it from rolls etc. Sushi is top notch and the menu is great for my husband as well. he loves the food here too.

They are pretty respectful of dietary restrictions & will try hard. They gladly make food with the gf soy sauce and will put the bottle on your table. I love thier vegetarian fried rice made with the gf soy. Lots of roll choices and easy to avoid tamuri crunch. Just don't make the same mistake I did and forget that crab rolls can be imitation crab which is full of wheat.
