Yes they have a gluten free menu but the food was barely edible, instead of GF sauces they just drowned my chicken hibachi in GF soy sauce, wouldn't recommend, even the fried rice was gross, and everything is way overpriced

Rainbow roll is made with shrimp not imitation crab! No sauces. Very good service. Tamari GF soy sauce.

Yes, they have a dedicated gluten free menu and the food tasted amazing, but what is that worth when you get sick? We sat at the sushi bar as there were no tables open and were given a rice noodle/cucumber salad which we didn't ask for. It had soy sauce all over it so I had to give it back and explain that I couldn't eat the soy sauce. So he made me another and when I took it, I then realized it had imitation crab meat too! I hate being wasteful, but sorry dude, can't eat that either! Kyle was our server for most of the dinner and was extremely nice and helpful. We ordered the rice, mixed veggies and chicken gluten free option and 2 of the gluten free sushi rolls. the food tasted great, but the sushi chefs have no concept of cross contamination and what does or doesn't contain gluten. I miss eating sushi a lot, so it was really uncomfortable stepping outside my boundaries and trying a new place, but the 5 star reviews and dedicated gluten free menu made me feel like I would be safe to eat here. I was wrong unfortunately. I got sick as hell! When eating gluten free is not a dietary preference, but absolutely necessary to not get sick, people need to be trained properly. I wish restaurants would stop having "dedicated gluten free menus" and yet no one is trained properly to actually insure that they are not glutening people to death. Big disappointment to get sick and set back my health big time.
