Ichiban Sushi & Hibachi Japanese Restaurant

I got extremely sick after an experience there from the lack of safety with cross contamination.

Ichiban offers gluten free hibachi items. I have had severe celiac disease my entire life and I feel safe eating here. I get the hibachi chicken with white rice and vegetables. You need to tell them that it needs to be gluten free without the soy sauce, they will make it in the back, it is not safe it is made on the hibachi grill. I absolutely love it here and the staff is very knowledgeable😊
