Very good hibachi! The menu doesn’t specify they can accommodate gluten free, but when I asked they had a protocol in place and gluten free soy sauce. They made my food in the back and not on the hibachi stove top right in front of me. I had chicken, vegetables, and fried rice. Yum! Didn’t get sick
