Review of Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse

Ordered steak and shrimp hibachi for dinner. It comes with a soup, salad, veggies and fried rice. They substituted the salad dressing for yum yum sauce which is gluten free. They used gluten free soy sauce. Labeled every item that was gluten free and left a wonderful note explaining the gf things. For items that couldn’t have a gf option they substituted such as the soup was substituted for an extra salad! They did awesome, huge help. Not sure about cross contamination but was nice to have gf options to make this meal work!
