Ichiro Sushi

Yeah, it's sushi. It can be gluten free and we choose this place quite often because they are the only sushi place close by. What irks me is that when you order takeout they flat out refuse to give you gluten free soy sauce along with your meal even though they have it at the restaurant. They claimed they didn't have a container but the wheat soy sauce came in to go containers? I don't like liars. And I don't like when you're spending $60 on sushi from their establishment they're too cheap to give out a cup of freaking soy sauce. For the record we called back and asked again for Gf soy sauce and they complied but were extremely stingy with it.

Staff knew their stuff! Gf soy sauce available as well. Very happy and have been about 4 times now!

They said they cannot guarantee gluten free because of the rice being contaminated. Shouldn't be on this list if that is the case.

Staff is extremely knowledgable and attentive to all allergies, not just gluten. Excellent, fresh, and yummy sushi and Japanese food.
