The online ordering system was clear about GF dishes and were surprised when we called to learn that many ingredients used that are traditionally not GF (black vinegar, doubanjiang) actually are here--due to extra effort in sourcing! The tofu skin wraps were my favorite dish. The bunnies were delish and cute. The Korean fire chicken was yummy. I'll be ordering from Ichiza again and again. No reaction the next day.
