So much more GF-friendly than I would have thought! Signs all over remind you to tell them of any allergies. GF orders are made at a separate allergy station which is cleaned after each order. Without even asking, we were told that gloves were changed and paddles cleaned for our order. Delicious treat and no cross-contamination issues.
