Review of idk barbecue

We’re visiting Bryce Canyon, and I’m celiac, so checked findmeglutenfree for dinner. This place sounded good and was rated well , so we drove a few miles to Tropic. It was awesome! I had brisket nachos with nacho cheese and baked beans and coleslaw on them, and I smothered them with their gf bbq sauce. Best meal of the entire trip!!! Not a single symptom!
