Knowledgable owner and delicious food! Soy sauce is certified gluten free, along with all other sauces used throughout the kitchen, and they use corn and potato flour on almost all items on menu, except for obvious choices (noodles, dumplings, etc.) The owner was kind enough to make me special gluten free dim sum, making the experience great!
