They have a gluten free bakery. I reached out to one of the waiters who asked the kitchen to prepare some gluten free bread for me. They also have gluten free baguettes and muffins according to the waiter. They have typical meze dishes, where quite a few things are gluten free.

The lounge has an allergen list on the end of the side of the buffet. The first column (as of my visit) was gluten containing items (most of them), and it was of limited use because many of the items listed weren’t out everyday and there are a lot of options not on the sheet. I found some folks to help me who said the dolma, baba ganoush, eggplants in tomato sauce, s as ne hummus should be safe. Of course, buffet at your risk and try to grab from the untouched platters where possible.
There are of course plenty of free drinks that are gf once you get inside.
Pro tip: once you’re done in the lounge, go down the escalator and find the “bazaar” to the right of the food court. Among the baklava they have gf from that one bakery in Istanbul that does gf baklava. It’s like $30 but… gf baklava.
