Server was moderately knowledgeable but asked the chef about each item I asked about. Many items seemed to remove an ingredient from the meal. I thought I found a meal that didn’t need modified (with the servers help) but when she brought it out it didn’t have the sauce which was disappointing/frustrating. I didn’t get sick and the server did a good job of working with the chef (minus the sauce situation). I did feel safe eating here overall.
