Review of IGRA gluten free street food

I was here on Easter Monday. One of the few places that was open this day! They were out of the vegan salad, so I had the vegetable salad instead with some bread & hummus. The salad is only lettuce, no other vegetables added. I really liked the white bread with hummus. Very nice staff and everything is 100% gluten free. I would have like some more vegan options on the menu, but other than that I really recommend this place!
