Review of IHOP

I have Celiac and am VERY sensitive to gluten. I had the Belgian Waffle Combo with scrambled eggs and sausage links. I had NO reaction. We did call prior to going there. We were informed they have gluten free pancake and waffle batter. As well as, they will whip up seperate egg solutions for omelets. We also asked if they clean griddles and other areas they cook the gluten friendly items, the hostess asked kitchen staff and was ensured they do!

I am not sure I would say it's Celiac friendly. Preparation area is not separate and fryers are NOT dedicated.

I have avoided IHOP for 7 years...my breakfast game just blew wide open!
