Lots of gluten free item. We were very excited that they had gluten free pancakes too. They were huge and absolutely delicious. All their gluten free items are clearly market and listed.

We ordered from the app to pick up at this location. My husband walked in to get our order and heard a waitress tell another waitress “we don’t have gluten free” what should I do? And the other waitress replied “give them regular” then the one waitress turned to my husband and asked how she could help him and he said he was there to pick up an order and she said oh this is your order and my husband asked if he just overheard the one waitress to just give us regular and the waitress replied yes...needless to say, not only does this location not have gluten free, they have total disregard for people’s food allergies. The whole thing was a fiasco. We ended up getting a refund and will not be going to ihop again. Oh, and we went over to Waffle House to see if they had gluten free items like the app implies and they do not have gluten free items either.

IHOP states their menu is gluten friendly not gluten free. All items are cooked on shared equipment and zero items on the menu are actually gluten free.
No
IHOP has recently started serving gluten-free pancakes, waffles, and burgers with gluten-free buns.
IHOP is sneaky in that they put pancake batter even in their omelettes to make the eggs fluffier! Make sure you specify you are gluten free and need freshly cracked eggs before assuming your omelette is fine.
This one was tricky. No gf menu...they had NO understanding of what I needed...in fact our waitress said no at first like they wouldn't do it. Had to give them step by step directions, but it turned out okay. Didn't get sick at all. Remember to order shelled eggs as they put pancake batter in their eggs to make them fluffy!
I got contaminated badly there. I explained to the waitress and other employees that o had celiac and I still got badly sick. Don't eat there!

I have severe celiac reactions and didn’t get sick from ihop! GF pancakes were delicious! Staff was very knowledgeable and informed Me of any possible cross contamination.

I wasn't hungry when my husband wanted to go to breakfast, so I was game for IHOP as I was just going to get a drink, but then I saw the golden words "Gluten Sensitive Pancakes"!!! For $6.99 I got a stack of 2 delicious pancakes and chose the blueberry syrup. We got there just as they opened so I had no worries about cross-contact, crossed my fingers and prayed to the GF God's! The lady was so sweet, I wish I caught her name!

I have eaten here four times and have not been glutened. They offer a selection of GF sides (pure fried Eggs, Bacon, sausage Links etc ) and a stack (of 4 or 2) GF pancakes.
Waitress was knowledgable on which Pancake toppings were gluten friendly - I stuck with old fashioned syrup.
This is a good branch of ihop - more confident here than other local Branches.
