It’s been a very long time since I had been to an IHop…once I was diagnosed with celiac and this chain didn’t offer gf options, I never went back…now that this chain does offer gf pancakes- and so are the hash browns-, we’ve been there several times… I always tell my server my health issue-celiac and gluten hypersensitivity- I always get the same reply: will let the kitchen know, the server writes specific instructions on the order, ….not once have I had any problems afterwards from enjoying gf pancakes, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and bacon! Thank you IHop!!!

I've been to ihop many times and i was devastated when i found out i have celiac but when i gound out about gluten free options i was excited. They taste the same but are more crumbling but either way i am very happy with it They have next to the names in orange GF to mean its gluten free.

I have had mixed results here. It has been very good sometimes and not safe at others. They use 'gluten-friendly' on their menu so if you're sensitive to cross contamination, you might want to look elsewhere.

Yummy pancakes! Gluten makes me pretty sick normally but I had no problem with these. I would definitely recommend!
