We’ve been here several times in the past few years since I found out they have gluten free pancakes. The staff is not super knowledgeable about certain food options safety if you make substitutions (burgers w/out the buns), so I stick to the stuff that is gluten free. If you go to Ihop’s website you can look more information up with ingredients. They call it “gluten friendly” because they do not guarantee that you can prevent cross-contamination (especially as a chain), but they have used separate stuff when I have gone in and been pretty good. Usually, I get the gluten friendly pancakes, hash browns, and bacon. I’ve not gotten sick.
Their gluten free pancakes are so fire and I never feel sick after! And you can usually ask for any kind and they’ll make it gluten free
Said they had only enough for one gf pancake. Don’t bother. Zero stars.
Gluten "friendly" pancakes are cooked on the same griddle as regular pancakes. If ordering eggs ask for "shelled" eggs as they normally add pancakes batter to their eggs and omelets.
GF pancakes were really good, they have GFriendly/GFree options listed, although minimal, still had a great breakfast. Be weary of CC. I had eggs, hasbrowns, sausage link, and a GFree pancake. With no reaction.
