I worked here. This place is not safe to eat AT ALL if you are celiac.

Limited gluten free options, but the Tuscan scrambler with corn tortilla is pretty darn good

Our server, Wilma, goes above and beyond to make sure our order is safe. I order bacon, eggs and gluten friendly pancakes most times.

There is no dedicated areas. No knowledge of celiacs or cross contamination. Your guaranteed to get ill if you actually have celiacs.

My son is newly diagnosed and we had a hockey tournament and struggled with eating out with the team but IHOP was his favourite place with the most options for breakfast. They had gluten free pancakes that he says were delicious! They knew right away what he couldn't eat. Not sure how they would be if they were very busy but at the time we went it was pretty empty.
