Very tasty, however in their kitchen they have wheat flower so the cake can contains traces of gluten, and every cake contains eggs and milk, which unfortunately I can’t eat a lot of And they only sell the Baum cake in different tastes, nothing else

Can confirm that the cakes are GF. I had the chocolate one and I didn’t get sick. Not my favourite but then again I’m not a cake person.

Gluten free Baumkuchen. SO delicious. Soft and fluffy and fresh. Each ring comes sealed and packaged with a reasonably long expiry, so you can stock up on a few to eat throughout your trip. The chocolate one was my favourite. The have a disclaimer about not being able to guarantee that cakes are 100% safe, but I ate two with no problems.
