Review of Ike’s Love and Sandwiches

I was really impressed that they had gluten free bread on the menu and specifically asked me if it was a preference or allergy. When I responded with allergy he appeared to take it very seriously and used new gloves and kept the sandwich on foil during the creation to avoid cross contamination.

Edit: The morning after, I think there may have been cross contamination because something is not sitting well.
