The person who said they have a dedicated kitchen space is incorrect. I asked. They do have gf soy sauce but wasabi was not “100% gluten free.” No soups were gf. My only options were plain sushi an hibachi, according to my server who said they could use gf soy sauce. But based on watching a hibachi chef, I felt the risk of cross contamination was very high. The sushi was medium quality. They unwillingly added avocado to my yellowtail roll. I think it’s fine for non Celiac but very limited for Celiac.
