Breakfast was included in our room in this hotel, every morning the staff were friendly and willing to get gluten free options which they had available. These included Corn Flakes, chocolate brownie, a cake (I think carrot) and croissants which were all brought from the back kitchen.

There was a buffet breakfast also. While every item had its own serving utensils, standard cross contamination risks exist at the buffet.
