The GF focaccia was incredible! I’ll defiantly be going back. While we were purchasing it the man explained that it is made in a separate facility to avoid cross contamination.

Best Gluten Free focaccia ever. I don’t know how they do it, but they do! If you’re GF and in Bologna, you should try this place just to have the experience of real Italian baking… without the gluten

Bakery that has a large selection of savoury and sweet gluten free items delivered from a local artisan bakery. The best GF Grissini and focaccia we tried in Italy (4 types of each). All gluten free products come in clearly labeled section and in sealed bag to avoid contamination. The best non-gf options for focaccia and grissini as well as gf.

Wonderful selection of gf bakery—including pizzettes, breadsticks, and other classic Italian sweet and savory baked goods. The owner told me they don’t bake them on the premises but get them delivered daily from a local artisanal gf bakery, so no cross contamination! I was in heaven.
