This place was highly recommended as best pizza in Palm Cove. Arrived for dinner, sat down, had a very honest conversation with the manager. They have GF pizza bases but it is a very small kitchen which uses semolina flour everywhere and all pizzas go in the same traditional pizza oven. Fundamentally, there will be cross contamination. We left without ordering.
Not Coeliac friendly because there is a lot of contamination with flour in their kitchen and pizza oven. The owner was very knowledgeable and up front about it and said they can only really cater to gluten intolerance unfortunately.
Amazing pizzas and yes! Gluten free base that was so delicious!!!
