Items marked GF on the menu! Brought me GF bread with dinner and seemed very allergen-aware of other allergens as well. Waiter spoke great English and I was able to ask questions. I ordered the chickpea flatbread with spinach and pecorino, risotto balls and a side of cannellini beans.

Food was delicious and I would come back!

Gluten free pici pasta!! The only place as a gf I was able to enjoy pici pasta freshly made. They are very caring and ask what type of gf you are. You need to pay extra for the pasta but it is definitely worth it. I went three times during my time in Tuscany as it was perfevt

Sono stata al ghibellino per una cena. Il menù offriva moltissimi piatti senza glutine inclusi i pici (che però costavano 3 euro in più rispetto a quelli con glutine). Il personale era a conoscenza della celiachia ma non era molto cordiale. Tutto sommato la cena era molto buona, peccato il servizio.

amazing!!! great price, great food, great wine. gluten free bread (had better but amazing to have!) and tried sienas pici pasta (for 3€ more ugh oh well)

The best GF pasta I have had in Italy so far. Got the carbonara and it was so good. We also had the pecorino cheese appetizer. Staff was knowledgeable and there was GF bread

Good GF baguette slices offered with meal. Most appetizers can be made on it. Good GF pasta and ossobuco. Safe salads.

The food was phenomenal but I think a lot has changed in a year. I did not get deathly ill but I have felt like crap today, nausea, diarrhea, dizzy, headache. Very mild glutening. I would venture they are fine for the intolerant, not ideal for the celiac 😭

Tested gluten free twice on my Nima. They did not speak much English but they did seem knowledgeable and verified the pasta is cooked in separate water. I also liked how the waitress seemed continually aware how she passed m wife’s gluteny things around making sure they never came near my food. I thought the food was tasty

This restaurant was simply amazing! I had gluten free gnocchi & Nutella cheesecake which were absolutely delicious. The restaurant had such character and the service was great. Do not miss this place while in Siena!

They charge extra 2.5euros for being celiac, even though the meal is gluten free, and that is on top of the 2.5 per person cover charge, where they said water was included in the price, but then it was still charged on top. All of us left with intense stomach aches, whether gluten free/celiacs or regular. Not worth the price or the pain. Go elsewhere.

Wonderful GF food with reasonable prices for the quality. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive with celiac/gluten. Certified by AIC (Italian celiac association). Highly recommended!

Concur with the positive reviews. Very friendly staff and great GF choices. Had the wild boar with sauce and it was superb. The osso bucco was also delicious. For dessert had the chocolate cake with hazelnuts and the ricotta pudding.

Great food and great service. AIC certified with a good number of gluten free options. Their malfatti with spinach and ricotta are incredible, and I loved their steak with rocket and Parm too.

The food was fantastic!!! Lots of gluten free options. Highly recommend the Cacio e Pepe pasta (plain pasta with cheese and pepper) - it was all I could do not to lick the plate clean! Also the Italian cheesecake with Nutella was amazing!!! No need to explain G-F here. They get it. LOVE!!!

Had the spinach and ricotta dough balls which were very good with tomato. They also brought out gluten free crackers with rosemary that were delicious! Great wine as well and in good location.

Superb dinner!! The GF options were plentiful and waiters were friendly. My GF spinach and ricotta dough with tomato was delicious!! Also a wonderful wine shop next door to restaurant and just close walk to main Piazza.
