They give rice cakes rather than bread and you can order most of the dishes with gluten free pasta. Once I went and had para and it was amazing. I went back and they didn't have any gf pasta so they made me the same dish as a risotto and it was beyond amazing!!! In fact they told me that they tried it in the kitchen and liked it even better than the pasta!
