I had a glutenfree truffle pizza which was heavenly splendid and a glutenfree beer Safer You can see glutenfree pizza maker how he prepared pizza in a special open kitchen We came another day and they were more busy and pizza wasnt so crispy baked as it was a day before. (Also different pizzamaker ;)

I would recommend to reserve a table (its really popular place ) and next time i will ask them to make my pizza really crispy

I had the gf gnochi and it was really good. They put all gf dishes on red plates so you are sure your dish is gf.

Ate here for dinner and sorry we hadn’t found it before. The food is fresh and tasty and they totally understand GF. I had fritto misto which was great and had not been able to get that gf before. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Totally fabulous. Huge portions, friendly staff who helped with the menu and a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Teljes mértékben tisztában vannak, hogy mi az a glutén. Külön színű tányéron érkezik a gm étel, segítenek választani, nagyon kedves mindenki. +2 euró a gluténmentes étel, de teljesen megéri, legfinomabb saláták és pizzák.

The best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! Prepared and cooked in a specialist kitchen with its own wood fired oven. Just perfect!

Large selection of gluten free meals. Pizza's, pasta and dessert. Every allergy is well noted so It's very easy to scan the options on the menu. Glutenfree meals are prepared in a separate kitchen/oven and are served on a red plateau so no mistakes can be made. Highly recommend.

Great choice for vegetarian coeliacs (and meat eaters). So good that we went back the next day, sharing a GF pizza so we could have dessert.

Nice space with friendly and educated staff who speak English well. I ate pizza, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The dough was kind of weird and gooey, everything was falling out of it.

Outstanding gluten free selections, well marked in the menu. I had GF pizza and GF French fries, which were super. The service was a bit slow but hey, it’s Southern Europe. Note that like many restaurants in Trieste it doesn’t open until noon. Highly recommended.

Wir haben hier mehrfach sehr gut gegessen und die glutenfreie Pizza schmeckt richtig gut. Der Service ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Karte ist sehr gut gekennzeichnet und vieles kann auf Wunsch ebenfalls glutenfrei zubereitet werden.

Best gluten free pizza I ever have. You cannot even tell the difference between a non-gluten and a gluten free pizza. Homemade dough. Also all the starters are gluten free. If you are a coeliac, you should definitely come here because you will not get better than this, I absolutely loved it.

Pizzas were fantastic!! Other dishes good too. Gluten free menu is perfect. So much options. But be aware, we Saïd we eat GF and they gave is normal bread, so keep checking. Tiramisu was nice. We also bought to good pizza and cake flour to take home. Love it.

The food was very bland. The appetizer had no taste. Ordered the pasta and they substituted with the short spiral pasta (which I’m not a fan of). Tasted like something I could make at home. Also ordered their specialty spritzer and it was watered down with no taste so I sent it back. The tiramisu was good though. It was the only thing on their menu I enjoyed. They did offer most their menu gluten free. The pizzas looked good even though I didn’t try them. I wouldn’t go back to this place honestly.
