I was dying to try this restaurant in Assisi. After at least an 8000 step tour in the morning, my gluten, eating friends, and I came here. They all enjoyed their pizzas very much, and mine was also quite good. I didn’t eat all my gluten-free crust, but it was one of the best ones I’ve had so far. It held up to the toppings, was not soggy, and also wasn’t burnt.

Restaurant was beautiful and clean Pizza crust tasted prepackaged and soggy. Parmesan cheese was served in a package. The pasta it was extremely al dente(under cooked) Even the regular pizza was soggy.

The menu has allergen info, but you have to ask explicitly for the gluten free options. This was no problem at all and the food was amazing also for the non-gluten free people. The explained how they use the same oven for regular pizza but they take precautions. Overall me and my family had a great time.

Despite clear communication, I was served an entire gluten-filled pizza (and ate it.) Only learned of the mistake when reviewing the bill.

The waiter knew I was "celiaco" and I spouted "senza glutine" like a broken record. He even served our first course GF and explained how they prevent cross-contamination with their GF pizzas... but then failed to mark the pizza "senza glutine" in their system.

Their wait-staff needs better training for handling celiac.

We had a great lunch. Almost all dishes can be made gluten-free. It tasted all very well. We had the gf pasta which tasted very good (as expected in Italy)

Beautiful ambiance. I had steak and pizza. My food was good, but the gf pizza is just o.k.

Went here twice in two days; once for dinner and once for lunch. We ordered pizza both times. Nice and thin; good tomato flavor. For dinner, we had steak, pasta, roast pork, spinach, and beans. Simple and good.

To be truthful, our meal at dinner was better than lunch. The restaurant is a tiny bit touristy but the ambiance is nice and they provided a safe meal.
