They do not have GF menu and while staff seems authentic in Italian service/food/menu they know nothing about being celiac or actually having a gluten allergy. They were shocked when I asked if they use fresh or separate water to boil the GF pasta, clearly they had not thought of this. Very disappointing experiences here over the years and sad to see they still haven’t gotten their act together when it comes to GF food.

You know you’re getting that uptight fancy restaurant experience when u go here but the least they could do is be educated and show they care about food allergy. Maybe next time

I ordered the gluten free waffle with berries and cream straight from the normal menu.

When the order was delivered it was announced that is was gluten free.

I was diagnosed with celiac in 2002 so I don't remember what a normal waffle tastes like but, this was the best gluten waffle I have had!

Even though we called ahead TWICE before making reservations, they seemed to have very little understanding or capacity to prevent cross contamination. Finally, one of the front of the house servers stepped in, as someone with celiac family members, to explain to the staff the difference between celiac and gluten-free. I ended up with mushroom risotto. The chef cooked my meal personally. Didn’t get glutened.

High end place, delicious food, one GF pasta option (penne). Although another reviewer had GF bread, they didn't have any when we went, no big deal at all as the appetizers were plentiful and we were assured the kitchen took great care and dealt with gluten issues commonly. I have celiac and am ultra sensitive, they have a flourless chocolate cake but I didn't indulge due to likely cross x in the kitchen. I appreciated the honesty of the server.

This restaurant is great, amazing food and ambience besides gluten free bread and pasta, call in advance and everything will be ready for you...
