I asked the waitress if a salad dress was gluten free. I watched her ask the manager who shrugged and said “I don’t know. Just tell her it is.”

Had a great meal. They were able to put any entre over risotto and it was DELICIOUS. the server (scott i think) has a family member with celiac so was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
