We found this restaurant from this site. We were greeted by Sebastian who was very friendly and inviting. I am gluten intolerant and have two autoimmune diseases that require I am gluten free. They have gluten free clearly marked on the menu. They had a few options. Highly recommend

I don't understand the high ratings for this restaurant at all. The food here is reheated frozen food, which is very poor for Italy. The only advantage is that the restaurant is quite cheap.

One of the best GF places I’ve been outside of England. It’s located in a little side street in the centre of Pisa near the main bridge. A full range of 10-15 different pizzas and every pasta type! Pizzas were a standard €12 euros and they were so good we ended up going back a second night in a row. They also offered GF Peroni and the staff made us feel very safe eating there due to how careful they were getting our order right. I would highly recommend going here if your in Pisa!

BEST GF GNOCCHI OF MY LIFE!!

I’m severely celiac and this restaurant was so so cautious and knowledgeable of gf and celiac, 100% was the best pasta/gnocchi i’ve ever had even when i wasn’t celiac.

Absolutely delicious! The waitress was extremely helpful and even made some great recommendations. Food came out very quickly, I had the ragu tortellini which was very tasty

We arrived, and they were busy, but a waiter encouraged us to sit inside and gave us menus. There were about eight gluten-free choices on a separate portion of the menu, and they also said the pizzas could be gluten-free. However, we then waited for 20 minutes with no one paying any attention to us because they were so busy, and we ended up walking out We then went to Grano Libero, and it was excellent.

We just had a lunch meal here, after a short walk from the Tower of Pisa. My wife is a true celiac and this restaurant was AMAZING!!!! There are so many options for pasta and sauces that are gluten free. We cannot thank people enough for their reviews as this was easily one of the best gluten free meals we have had in Italy thus far! Do not hesitate if you are in the area to try it out.

We were kindly welcomed and seated. The man who took care of us had great English and explained to us what we can order in gluten free option. Which is almost everything. He even recommended which wine would pair great with the food we picked. You can pay by card, which is good to know. Great experience.

Owner was amazing, he came and explained the menu options and that they’re well trained in cross-contamination. I could have had anything off the menu, went for bolognaise with tagliatelle and it was delicious. No reaction at all!

Would highly recommend, the staff are so friendly and helpful, offered us free gluten free bread with the meals that tasted freshly made, they were amazing to cater to us! Wonderful little place with incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Many GF options including fresh pasta (tortellini, lasagna) and pizza. Tons of options. Tortellini al sugo were excellent. Pesto sauce on a separate dish was uninspiring. Seating is all outside along a quiet little street.

So many gluten free options! I had a tortellini that was crazy good. I’m not very sensitive though so don’t know if there is any cross contamination cos I don’t get symptoms either way. The staff is lovely as well!!

Wonderful experience. I ate here twice while in Pisa and the owners were very kind. They have a whole section of the menu for gluten free. I’m a pretty sensitive celiac and I did not get sick either time. I didn’t try to pizza so that might be where you’d run into contamination. Overall would totally recommend!

Truth must be said about this place: nice small family business, very friendly and welcoming, lots of glutenfree options. But the GF pizza they served was nothing more than straight from the supermarket deepfreeze dept, warmed up in a kitchen oven. Taste and substance have nothing to do with Italian cuisine. So the place is a tourist trap and should be avoided.
