They ask upon arrival or making a reservation if you have any food allergies. My daughter has Celiac and most of our family is gluten/free and dairy free and we are able to enjoy so many things at this restaurant. The flour is imported so we are able to have the bread and pasta. They also offer gluten free pasta. Because we can have sheep and goat cheese, the restaurant uses picorino for many of their dishes. It’s an amazing family-owned restaurant and it’s such a blessing to have a place we can enjoy!
