The people here were amazing. We got an order to go, and both the waiter and owner were Celiac, so they knew exactly how to make us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend, the atmosphere is amazing! The food was even better!

The waiter (maybe owner?) is celiac as well, so I felt totally safe eating here - had great thin crust pizza (without cheese to make it dairy free) and the owner was so nice! Love this place - the gluten free pizzas are HUGE. (Note: the cheese pizza in the photo is NOT gluten free - just the veggie one is!)

Good but so much more expensive to get gluten-free which they did not say on the menu. Had a carbonara which on the menu said 12€ but they charged me 16€ which I think is way to much for carbonara.

Tasty Roman food with great service. Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free. We had a platter of mixed appetisers which they did all gluten free for the table. Brought gluten free focaccia for the table. I had a gluten free pasta which was far and away the best I’ve had in Italy. Friends ate regular pasta and were all happy with meals.

Very safe for celiac. The owner who is very active day-to-day there has celiac disease. You can get their entire menu gluten free. It was the best gluten free pasta I had during my trip to Italy. Very high quality food.

I am on my honeymoon in Italy and Greece. I was quite nervous since I have Gluten and Milk allergies. But this was perfect! The whole restaurant is fully gluten conscious and reassured me with all of my questions. I was so taken care of that I had no worries while eating here and didn’t get sick! I had GF beer as well as a pizza (no cheese) with prosciutto and mushrooms! Can’t wait to come back to visit!

A must visit! Lively spot in Trastevere with ample gluten free options. The owner has celiac and makes his own pasta, which was outstanding. His liver for football is evident in the photos on the menu and signed jerseys on the walls.
They have a dedicated fryer and nearly everything can be made GF. Truly overwhelmed by the options in the best way. The crispy flatbread with rosemary will blow your mind.
We enjoyed a leisurely (slow!) dinner on the patio under Cafe lights. The carbonara was a standout, and the cocktails were great. Pop nextdoor for GF gelato. Reservations recommended, it got busier the later it was.

In Rome looking for a gluten-free options and 03 options and found this place. It showed up on the map and I’m gluten-free near me. I have to recommend it highly. They have homemade gluten-free pasta there pizza so it’s also very tasty. Lotta places only have one type of pasta just would have many. The staff was very knowledgeable about other allergens, such as dairy and there’s a whole gluten-free menu to choose from..

This place is such a gem! Most of the menu can be made gf just ask servers. Best gf bread (focaccia like but thinner) I’ve ever had and my non-gf family members agreed it was amazing. Had the cacio e Pepe for my main and it was to die for. This is a must go for Celiacs in Trastevere. My only complaint is that I wish they had a little flag or marker for celiac dishes when they come out. I didn’t have any issues but always appreciate the extra safety/reassurance

You can make any pasta or pizza gluten free here. I ended up getting a pizza. It’s huge! Definitely something to split with someone else! It wasn’t great, I’ve definitely had better pizza but I would go back and try the pasta!

Really good, big restaurant with great vibe. We had the (rigatoni) carbonara and tomato meatball pasta - both so yummy although the carbonara was thicker than others I had. Had a big range of gluten free, good staff and was AIC certified, felt they could have used GF flags in the food though. Other reviews say the owner is a coeliac but I don’t know this for sure. Would recommend!

If you are looking for a safe gluten free experience this place should be at the top of your list. The owner Bob was fantastic and you could tell he took much pride in his establishment. He was checking on every table in the restaurant to make sure they were enjoying their food and was cutting it up with everyone! Our server Elena was amazing. The Suppli is a must, so far the best we’ve had in Rome. I ordered the Cacio e Pepe, which was wonderful, my wife had the Gricia Con Carciofi, this is possibly the BEST pasta dish in Rome. It was so flavorful and very satisfying (I stole a few bites!). Our daughter had the Basilico e Pomodoro. Our daughter has celiac and this was her first experience outside of the US and it definitely set the bar high for any other restaurant we try afterwards. The are so careful about cross contamination and they are AIC accredited! It was just a fantastic experience through and through. You have to give this place a try, if not for yourself, do it for Bob!

Perfect pizza and pasta for gluten free and not gluten free. The staff is amazing and the restaurant is cool as well. The gf pizza is good because it is baked in a real pizza oven and the pasta tastes amazing!

The environment is lively and fun, with plenty of Italian spoken all around, and the food was delicious! I had one of my favorite dishes of the trip - ricotta with pear and honey, incredible. The owner is also Celiac, so eating here is easy for those of us who are gluten free. We only had drinks and appetizers, so can’t speak to the pizza and pasta, but did have GF focaccia, which was quite tasty.
