Food was phenomenal! I got a rotisserie chicken, beet salad, & rice pilaf. The fries were not in a dedicated fryer. I’m from out of town & ordering was a little confusing - you get sauces at the register - not when you’re building your plate (those ones are considered a “side”). Yummy, fresh, and very filling!

One of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte. Easy to eat gf and df with a clearly marked menu. Very careful with allergies.

Absolutely fantastic food and the gentleman behind the counter was knowledgeable and friendly. No issues eating at Ilios and will do so again any time I am in the area!

The menu is clear about GF options and the owner was very helpful in explaining our choices. Excellent food for GF and non-GF people in our party. Great location with nice outdoor seating.

Awesome food awesome experience. Owner walked right up to us to explain the menu, things that were gf, and made sure anyone that touched the food, changed their gloves. 10/10 coming back

If you say you are gluten free they will change their gloves without hesitation! The food is amazing. I travel to CLT once a month for work and stop here at least twice in every visit

Gluten free (and Vegan) marked menu, quick and easy ordering process, and the staff was very friendly and happy to answer questions about allergies. Lots of GF options and we loved our meal! So fresh! The chicken souvla was phenomenal and all the sides we got (Greek fries, rice, veggies, and beets) were all very good as well!
