Great gluten free options! There is still risk of cross contamination with the proteins and toppings, though. It’s similar to Chipotle in terms of the buffet style setup. Staff changes their gloves and uses new tongs, but it doesn’t prevent if there’s already cross contamination. I’ve eat here 3 times and been okay as a celiac. However, I communicate with the servers and double check everything before they put it on my plate.
