Illume has the best sushi in orlando. If you’re staying at Disney or just looking for a beautiful rooftop restaurant for a night out- illume has you covered. I’ve been twice and have been accommodated both times. They can pretty much make any roll you’d like gluten free. As well as majority of the menu.
