Staff said that the falafel are gluten free but after experiencing a reaction and asking more specifically I was told that falafel are cooked in the same oil as food that contains gluten.
The staff member seemed unconcerned saying that if the ingredients are gf it can be called gf and didn't seemed to think possible cross contamination during preparation was an important issue.

First thing I noticed when I came into the store and wanted to order, the cashier didn't speak very much. I told them of my condition and asked about cross contamination and they had very one worded answers, just saying "yes" (it's gluten free - was not sure if they were a non English speaker or just couldn't be bothered answering) . I ordered the GF chicken kebab which I didn't react to,so gladly it was a definite safe bet, gluten free. They also had falafel kebab GF and non GF. I had forgotten to ask whether those and chips are cooked separately to non GF foods, so if you plan on ordering those I suggest you ask first to make sure, since many restaurants do advertise gf foods that are cooked in contaminated oils.
