They have a handwritten list of GF options that makes clear what changes/substitutions will be made to each dish to make it GF (if needed).
Both the person I spoke to by phone ahead of time and our server were knowledgeable about celiac and cross-contamination. (In fact the server is gluten intolerant so very understanding!)
I had the edemame and tuna (different sauce than regular menu) with no issues.
I was with a large group who got a set menu but they let me order/pay separately.
